The customer can cancel the reservation at any time before the day set for the collection of the vehicle by contacting the reservation center at +39 0187 511056 or by sending the request via email to info@spidyspezia.it.
The Customer will pay 50% of the paid amount or will receive a voucher equal to 100% of the paid amount. Spidy Spezia by Auto-Carrozzeria La Veneta reserves the right to cancel the reservation at any time due to force majeure or unexpected unavailability of the vehicle booked. The cancellation will be communicated by email to the customer and the amount paid will be refunded in full to the credit card.
“ONLINE PAYMENT”
Cancellation within 24 hours from the booking date: no cancellation fees, the total paid will be refunded.
Cancellation up to 5 days from the date of collection of the vehicle: the Customer will pay 50% of the amount paid or will receive a voucher equal to the amount paid.
Cancellation 24 hours before the date of collection: the Customer will pay 75% of the amount paid and will receive a voucher equal to 25% of the amount paid.
Cancellation on the date of collection: no refund, the customer will pay the full amount.
